abstract: This purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of foreign direct investment
growth, net export growth and labor growth on Indonesia's economic growth. The
research using the Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis method. The
research using time series data for the quarterly period from 1999 to 2020. The
results of the study show that the variables of foreign direct investment growth,
net export growth and labor growth in the long and short term have a positive and
significant impact on Indonesia's economic growth. This means that if there is an
increase in the growth variable of foreign direct investment, growth in net exports
and growth in labor in the long and short term, it will be accompanied by an
increase in economic growth.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan foreign direct
invesment, pertumbuhan ekspor neto dan pertumbuhan tenaga kerja terhadap
pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis
Error Corection Model (ECM). Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series
periode triwulan dari tahun 1999 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian
menunjukan bahwa variabel pertumbuhan foreign direct invesment, pertumbuhan
ekspor neto dan pertumbuhan tenaga kerja dalam jangka panjang maupun jangka
pendek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi
Indonesia. Artinya jika terjadi kenaikan variabel pertumbuhan foreign direct
invesment, pertumbuhan ekspor neto dan pertumbuhan tenaga kerja dalam jangka
panjang maupun jangka pendek maka akan diiringi oleh kenaikan pertumbuhan
ekonomi.
