Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 425 guru. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda melalui uji F dan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) kepemimpinan situasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan, (b) kompensasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan, (c) kinerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan, (d) kepemimpinan situasional, kompensasi kerja dan kinerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan situasional, kompensasi kerja, kinerja guru dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effect of situational leadership, job compensation and teacher performance on the quality of education services in Pringsewu private vocational school. This research is a quantitative research with ex-post facto method. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a sample of 425 teachers. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis through the F test and t test to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results showed that: (a) situational leadership had a positive and significant effect on the quality of educational services, (b) job compensation had a positive and significant effect on the quality of educational services, (c) teacher performance had a positive and significant effect on the quality of educational services, (d) situational leadership, work compensation and teacher performance had a positive and significant effect on the quality of education services.
