"Spatial regression is the result of the development of a simple linear regression\r\nmethod. The development is due to the influence of place or spatial on the analyzed\r\ndata. In regression modeling with spatial effects, a spatial weighting matrix is\r\narranged to determine the spatial interactions that occur between one region and\r\nanother. The parameter estimation methods used in this research are Ordinary Least\r\nSquare (OLS) and Generaalized Least Square (GLS). In this OLS regression method,\r\nit does not pay attention to the position or location of the data it uses/spatially. The\r\nSEM method is used when the data obtained are homoscedastic so that only one\r\nmodel is obtained for the whole. However, the OLS method is very sensitive to\r\ndeviations from assumptions in the data. Therefore, another estimation method is\r\nneeded to obtain valid results, namely the GLS (Generalized Least Square) estimator.\r\nThis study aims to examine the form of estimation of the spatial error regression\r\nmodel using the OLS and GLS methods. Based on the results of theoretical studies\r\nthat have been obtained that the estimator is an unbiased estimator, minimum\r\nvariance and consistent.\r\nKeyword : Spatial, OLS,GLS,SEM.\r\nRegresi spasial merupakan hasil pengembangan dari metode regresi linier sederhana.\r\nPengembangan tersebut karena adanya pengaruh tempat atau spasial pada data yang\r\ndianalisis. Pada pemodelan regresi dengan efek spasial, disusun suatu matriks\r\npembobot spasial untuk mengetahui interaksi spasial yang terjadi antar wilayah satu\r\ndengan wilayah lainnya. Metode pendugaan parameter yang digunakan dalam\r\npenelitian ini adalah Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dan Generaalized Least Square\r\n(GLS). Pada metode regresi OLS ini tidak memperhatikan posisi atau lokasi data\r\nyang digunakannya/spasial. Metode SEM digunakan ketika data yang diperoleh\r\nhomoskedastisitas sehingga hanya memperoleh satu model untuk keseluruhan.\r\nNamun metode OLS sangat peka terhadap adanya penyimpangan asumsi pada data.\r\nOleh karena itu diperlukan metode pendugaan lain untuk memperoleh hasil yang\r\nvalid yaitu penduga GLS (Generalized Least Square). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk\r\nmengkaji bentuk pendugaan model regresi spasial error dengan metode OLS dan\r\nGLS.
