This study aims to determine the income structure of farmers' households, the impact of agricultural land conversion on rice farmers' household incomes, and the factors that influence land conversion. The research was conducted in Jati Agung District, South Lampung. The research method used is a survey method. The research data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and descriptively quantitatively to determine the farm analysis of household income, linear regression analysis to determine the factors that affect land conversion that causes changes in the proportion of farmers' household income. The proportion of income earned from rice farming decreased by 0.28%. Farmer household income after land conversion increased by 0.33%. The factors that influence the conversion of paddy fields in Jati Agung District are farmer's education level, land area, non-farming income, land distance to Bandarlampung city center and selling price.
