N2  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konstruksi kinerja DPR dalam konten video Youtube ?DPR Musikal? SkinnyIndonesian24, serta untuk menganalisis pembentukan citra yang dibangung dalam konten video Youtube ?DPR Musikal? SkinnyIndonesian24. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis framing William A. Gamson. Sumber data pada penelitian berupa data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi Pustaka, Wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan mengamati setiap scene dari video DPR Musikal di kanal Youtube SkinnyIndonesian24 untuk memperoleh data mengenai objek yang dianalisis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa DPR Musikal dikonstruksi berdasarkan isu yang beredar ditengah masyarakat Indonesia tentang maraknya kinerja buruk anggota DPR yang tersorot oleh media. Penggambaran kinerja buruk ini diilustrasikan melalui penokohan karakter anggota DPR senior yang haus akan sebuah kekuasaan. SkinnyIndonesian24 berusaha mengkonstruksi idealisme tokoh DPR ?jahat? yaitu sebagai perwakilan rakyat yang berlandaskan pada kepentingan koalisi dan perusahaan. Dan anggota DPR ?baik? yang ingin mengubah orientasi kekuasaan tersebut dengan sebesar besarnya kesejahteraan rakyat. Dalam video ini terdapat dua citra yang ditampilkan yaitu citra saat ini (current image) dan citra harapan (the wish image). The current image ditampilkan sebagai sebuah teguran dan sindiran bagi para anggota dewan yang berada dalam masa jabatan, namun berulang kali menampilkan performa buruk dalam etos kerja mereka. Citra yang berikutnya yaitu the wish image sebagai pembingkaian sebuah harapan, bahwa tidak semua anggota DPR kita saat ini benar benar berperilaku buruk seperti yang diberitakan dimedia. Pihak SkinnyIndonesian lewat tokoh Mawar mencoba mengkonstruksi bahwa masih terdapat sebuah harapan, berupa sosok wakil rakyat yang memiliki kejujuran dan memikirkan masalah dan kesejahteraan rakyat, yang nantinya dapat membawa perubahan pada struktur lembaga DPR saat ini kearah yang lebih baik. Hasil dari pembingkaian yang dilakukan menunjukan adanya respons khalayak berupa kesadaran politik khalayak melalui penggambaran kondisi legislatif di Indonesia melalui sindiran yang ditunjukan serta memberikan kesadaran bagi diri sendiri agar tetap fokus mengawal jalannya demokrasi di Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the construction of the DPR's performance in the Youtube video content "DPR Musikal" SkinnyIndonesian24, as well as to analyze the image formation built in the Youtube video content "DPR Musikal" SkinnyIndonesian24. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. This research uses William A. Gamson's framing analysis method. Sources of data in this study are primary and secondary data obtained from library studies, interview, and research documentation by observing each scene from the Musical DPR video on the SkinnyIndonesian24 Youtube channel to obtain data about the object being analyzed. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Musical DPR was constructed based on the issues circulating among Indonesian society regarding the widespread poor performance of DPR members which was highlighted by the media. The depiction of this poor performance is illustrated through the characterization of senior DPR members who are hungry for power. SkinnyIndonesian24 tries to construct the idealism of ?evil? DPR figures, namely as representatives of the people based on the interests of the coalition and the company. And "good" DPR members who want to change the orientation of the power with the greatest amount of people's welfare. In this video there are two images displayed, namely the current image and the wish image. The current image is presented as a rebuke and satire for board members who are in office, but repeatedly display poor performance in their work ethic. The next image is the wish image as a framing of a hope, that not all members of our current DPR have really bad behavior as reported in the media. The SkinnyIndonesian party through the Mawar figure tries to construct that there is still a hope, in the form of a representative of the people who has honesty and thinks about the problems and welfare of the people, which will later be able to bring changes to the current structure of the DPR for the better. The results of the framing carried out show that there is a public response in the form of public political awareness through describing the legislative conditions in Indonesia through the satire that is shown and providing self-awareness to stay focused on guarding the course of democracy in Indonesia.
