?url_ver=Z39.88-2004&rft_val_fmt=info%3Aofi%2Ffmt%3Akev%3Amtx%3Adc&rft.title=PELARUTAN+FOSFOR+DARI+BATUAN+FOSFAT+DENGAN+MENGGUNAKAN+AIR+LIMBAH+INDUSTRI+TAHU&rft.creator=Koko+Pujianto%2C+0714071047&rft.subject=+&rft.subject=Karya+Karya+Umum+%3D+000&rft.description=Pupuk+merupakan+kebutuhan+utama+dalam+menunjang+produksi+pertanian.++Kebanyakan+petani+lebih+suka+menggunakan+pupuk+bersubsidi+dibandingkan+dengan+pupuk+yang+tidak+disubsidi+oleh+Pemerintah.+Di+sisi+lain%2C+Pemerintah+perlu+melakukan+penjatahan+pupuk+subsidi+di+tiap-tiap+daerah.+Hal+ini+menyebabkan+terjadinya+kelangkaan+pupuk-pupuk+anorganik+bersubsidi+dikarenakan+jumlahnya+yang+belum+sesuai+dengan+kebutuhan.++Pengembangan+pupuk-pupuk+alternatif+dengan+bahan+baku+yang+tersedia+secara+lokal+dapat+menjadi+solusi+yang+dapat+diandalkan.++Dengan+memanfaatkan+bahan+baku+berbasis+lokal%2C+maka+harga+produksi+pupuk+dan+transportasi+menjadi+lebih+rendah+sehingga+petani+akan+tertolong+untuk+mendapatkan+pupuk+dengan+harga+yang+terjangkau.+Salah+satu+contoh+pupuk+yang+bahan+bakunya+tersedia+secara+lokal+adalah+pupuk+fosfat.%0D%0A%0D%0ATujuan+penelitian+ini+adalah+untuk+mempelajari+pengaruh+variabel+penambahan+limbah+tahu+terhadap+kelarutan+fosfat+dari+bahan+baku+batuan+fosfat.++Metode+perendaman+yang+digunakan+adalah+perendaman+batuan+fosfat+menggunakan+limbah+cair+industri+tahu+dengan+satu+kali+perendaman%2C+perlakuan+pengulangan+perendaman%2C+dan+dengan+perlakuan+volume+limbah+yang+berbeda.++Batuan+fosfat+yang+telah+dihaluskan+dengan+ukuran+100+mesh+dan+200+mesh+direndam+dengan+limbah+cair+industri+tahu+sesuai+dengan+metode+perendaman+yang+ditentukan+kemudian+dioven+dan+di+analisis+P+terlarut+dan+reduksi+ukuran+yang+dihasilkan.%0D%0A%0D%0A%0D%0A%0D%0AHasil+penelitian+menunjukan+bahwa+pH+terendah+diperoleh+dari+air+limbah+tahu+yang+telah+tercampur+asam+cuka+yaitu++sebesar+3%2C71.+Hasil+analisis+kadar+P+terlarut++batua+fosfat%2C+pada+perlakuan+satu+kali+perendaman+dapat+di+ketahui+bahwa+terjadi+peningkatan+P+terlarut+sejak+hari+pertama+perendaman.+Rata-rata+peningkatan+P+terlarut+sebesar+%C2%B1+35%25.+Dari+analisis+yang+telah+dilakukan%2C+nilai+P+terlarut+yang+di+peroleh+masih+sangat+kecil+di+bandingkan+dengan+kandungan+P+total+yang+ada.++Hal+ini+dikarenakan+pH+Limbah+Cair+Industri+Tahu+setelah+perendaman+mengalami+peningkatan.+Upaya+untuk+meningkatkan+kadar+P+terlarut+batuan+fosfat%2C+dilakukan+dengan+cara+menambah+pengulangan+rendaman.++Kecenderungan+kadar+P+terlarut+sedikit+meningkat.++Hal+ini%2C+dilihat+dari+pH+larutan+yang+cenderung+masih+tinggi+(mendekati+netral)+yaitu+sebesar+6%2C63.++Kemudian+dilakukan+upaya+penambahan+volume+air+limbah+perendaman+untuk+meningkatkan+kadar+P+terlarut.++Hasil+analisis+kadar+P+terlarut+Batu+fosfat%2C+setelah+direndam+dengan+penambahan+volume+air+limbah+menunjukkan+adanya+peningkatan+P+terlarut.++Dari+hasil+pengukuran+pH+larutan+diduga+bahwa+semakin+banyak+volume+air+limbah+yang+digunakan+untuk+merendam%2C+pH+larutan+akan+semakin+menurun%2C+dan+P+terlarut+yang+dihasilkan+jauh+lebih+tinggi.+%0D%0A%0D%0AAbstract+Bahasa+Inggris%0D%0A%0D%0AFertilizer+is+an+essential+requirement+to+support+agricultural+production.+Most+farmers+prefer+to+use+subsidized+fertilizer+than+fertilizer+which+is+not+subsidized+by+the+Government.+On+the+other+hand%2C+the+Government+needs+to+do+the+rationing+fertilizer+subsidy+in+each+region.+This+leads+to+the+shortage+of+subsidized+inorganic+fertilizers+in+some+location+limited.+Development+of+alternative+fertilizers+with+raw+materials+locally+available+can+be+a+reliable+solution.+By+utilizing+locally-based+raw+materials%2C+the+production+of+fertilizer+and+transport+cost+will+be+lower+so+that+farmers+will+be+helped+to+get+fertilizer+at+affordable+cost.+One+example+of+fertilizer+raw+materials+are+locally+available+phosphate+fertilizer.+%0D%0A%0D%0AThe+purpose+of+this+research+is+to+study+the+effect+of+the+waste+tofu+variable+addition+in+the+solubility+of+the+phosphate+raw+material+phosphate+rock.+Immersion+method+used++phosphate+rock+using+immersion+liquid+industrial+waste+out+with+one+immersion%2C+multiple+replications+of+immersion%2C+and+with+different+volumes+of+waste+treatment.+Phosphate+rock+that+has+been+smoothed+with+a+size+of+100+mesh+and+200+mesh+soaked+with+liquid+industrial+waste+out+in+accordance+with+the+method+prescribed+immersion+then+roasted+and+P+analized+solube+and+the+resulting+reduction+in+size.+%0D%0A%0D%0A%0D%0AThe+results+showed+that+the+lowest+pH+obtained+from+tofu+wastewater+which+has+mixed+by+vinegar+equal+to+3.71.+The+results+of+the+P+dissolved+analysis+rock+phosphate%2C+at+one+time+soaking+treatment+was+known+that+there+was++an+increasing+in+P+dissolved+from+the+first+day+of+immersion.+The+average+increase+of+dissolved+P+by+%C2%B1+35%25.+From+the+analysis+that+has+been+done%2C+the+P+dissolved+value+obtained+was+in+a+very+small+comparison+with+the+existing+total+P+content.+This+is+because+of+the+increasing++pH+of+the+Liquid+Waste+Tofu+Industry+after+immersion.+The+Efforts+to+inc
