Salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya persalinan prematur ialah infeksi, seperti Covid-19 yang sedang menjadi pandemi saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara derajat gejala Covid-19 dengan kejadian persalinan prematur di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung periode 2020-2021. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif metode observasional analitik dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medis ibu pascapersalinan dengan riwayat Covid-19 di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung sejumlah 104 orang, dengan menilai gejala Covid-19 yang dialami, RT-PCR, dan usia kehamilan pasien. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji analisis Chi-square dengan nilai p {$\leq$} 0,05. Hasil : Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan sebagian besar responden penelitian mengalami persalinan cukup bulan sebanyak 57 (54,8\%) orang dan menderita infeksi Covid-19 asimtomatik sebanyak 48 (46,2\%) orang. Terdapat hubungan antara derajat gejala Covid-19 dengan kejadian persalinan prematur di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung periode 2020-2021 dengan nilai p {\ensuremath{<}} 0,001 (p {$\leq$} 0,05). Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara derajat gejala Covid-19 dengan kejadian persalinan prematur di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung periode 2020-2021. Kata Kunci : Gejala Covid-19, Covid-19, Persalinan Prematur Background: Preterm delivery is the biggest contributor to neonatal mortality in Indonesia and the world. One of the risk factors for preterm delivery is infection, such as Covid-19, which is currently a pandemic. This study aims to determine the association between stage of covid-19 symptoms and the incidence of preterm delivery at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital in Lampung Province of 2020-2021 period. Methods: This study is a quantitative study used an analytical observational method with a cross-sectional study design. Using secondary data in the form of medical records of postpartum mothers with a history of Covid-19 at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital in Lampung Province, a total of 104 people, by assessing the symptoms of Covid-19 experienced, RT-PCR, and the patient's gestational age. The analysis used in this study is the Chi-square analysis test with p-value {$\leq$} 0.05. Results: The results of this study showed that most of the research respondents had full-term delivery as many as 57 (54.8\%) people and 48 (46.2\%) people suffered from asymptomatic Covid-19 infection. There is a significant association between stage of Covid-19 symptoms and the incidence of preterm delivery at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital in Lampung Province of 2020-2021 period with a p-value {\ensuremath{<}} 0.001 (p {$\leq$} 0.05).
