%X ABSTRAK  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi diri tentang kompetensi literasi digital dengan penguasaan konsep peserta didik kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Metro pada pembelajaran daring materi biologi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPA di SMA Negeri 1 Metro. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana untuk mengetahui nilai signifikansi antar variabel, keeratan hubungan antar variabel, arah hubungan antar variabel, dan kontribusi variabel X terhadap variabel Y. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara kompetensi literasi digital dengan penguasaan konsep, koefisien korelasi dari hasil penelitian yaitu 0,643 menunjukkan keeratan hubungan yang kuat ke arah positif.  Nilai R square sebesar 64,3 yang menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi kompetensi literasi digital terhadap penguasaan konsep peserta didik kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Metro pada pembelajaran daring materi biologi adalah 64,3%.  Kata kunci: persepsi diri kompetensi literasi digital, pembelajaran daring,   penguasaan konsep      ABSTRACT  The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between self perception of digital literacy competence and conceptual mastery of XI grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Metro in online learning of biology material. This research is a descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were students of class XI science at SMA Negeri 1 Metro. This research data collection used a questionnaire and questions. The data analysis technique used a simple linear regression test to determine the significance value between variables, the closeness of the relationship between variables, the direction of the relationship between variables, and the contribution of the X variable to the Y variable. The data obtained showed a significance value of 0.000 which means there was a relationship between digital literacy competence and concept mastery. The correlation coefficient obtainde was 0,643, showed a very strong relationship in a positive direction. The value of R square was 64.3, which indicates that the contribution of digital literacy competence to the mastery of concepts of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Metro in online learning of biology material was 64,3%.
