TY - THES ID - eprints63106 UR - http://digilib.unila.ac.id/63106/ A1 - Nur Ahlaini, Mutiara Y1 - 2021/11/11/ N2 - Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan manajemen sekolah rujukan SMP Negeri 12 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan manajemen sekolah rujukan dimulai dengan merumuskan Rencana Kerja Sekolah dan Rencana Kerja Anggaran Sekolah sehingga dituangkan program-programnya dalam rencana pemenuhan mutu (2) Pengorganisasian menetapkan tim pengembang sekolah rujukan beserta tugas secara jelas dan membangun kerja sama tim (3) Pelaksanaan manajemen sekolah rujukan dilakukan yang kepala sekolah dan warga sekolah dengan tiga tahapan kegiatan yaitu mengadakan komunikasi, memotivasi dan memperbaiki pengetahuan stakeholder dan warga sekolah, adapun dalam implikasi program sekolah rujukan; (4) Pengawasan manajemen sekolah rujukan, dilakukan secara langsung melalui kegiatan supervisi untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan sekolah rujukan. Kata Kunci : manajemen, sekolah rujukan, mutu pendidikan The purpose of this study was to describe the planning, organization, implementation, and supervision of the management of a referral school at SMP Negeri 12 Bandar Lampung. This study used a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques were interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and data verification. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The management planning of the referral school begins with formulating the school work plan and school budget work plan so that the programs are included in the quality fulfillment plan (2) Organizing establishes a referral school development team with clear tasks and builds teamwork; (3) The implementation of referral school management is carried out by principals and school residents with three stages of activities, namely communicating, motivating and improving the knowledge of stakeholders and school residents, as for the implementation of referral schools; (4) Supervision of referral school management is carried out directly through supervision activities to determine the implementation of referral schools.
