The hazard rate function will be analyzed using normal and  lognormal kernel estimators which are nonparametric regression approaches. This  studi aimed to compare the normal and lognormal kernel estimators on hazard rate  function and get the best estimate of the hazard rate function based on hazard  function graph, density function graph and the smallest MSE value. The result  showed that the lognormal kernel estimator method is the best method compared  to the normal kernel estimator on the hazard rate function.  Keywords: Nonparametric Regression, Hazard Rate Function, Kernel Estimator,  Normal Kernel Estimator, Lognormal Kernel Estimator.  Hazard rate termasuk dalam bagian analisis kelangsungan hidup yang dapat  diterapkan di kehidupan dengan mengestimasi probabilitas kelangsungan hidup,  kematian, kekambuhan, dan kejadian-kejadian lainnya dalam periode waktu  tertentu. Fungsi hazard rate akan dianalisis menggunakan estimator kernel  normal dan lognormal yang merupakan metode pendekatan regresi  nonparametrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan metode estimator  kernel normal dan lognormal pada fungsi hazard rate dan mendapatkan dugaan  fungsi hazard rate lebih baik berdasarkan grafik fungsi hazard, grafik fungsi  densitas dan nilai MSE terkecil. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode  estimator kernel lognormal merupakan metode yang lebih baik digunakan  dibandingkan estimator kernel normal pada fungsi hazard rate.  Kata Kunci: Regresi Nonparametrik, Fungsi Hazard Rate, Estimator Kermel,  Estimator Kernel Normal, Estimator Kernel Lognormal.
