Stunting is a short and very short body condition in toddlers that causes linear growth disorders. Lampung Tengah Regency is one of the main locations for integrated stunting reduction interventions in 2018-2021. One of the direct causea of stunting are a lack of vitamin A intake and zinc intake. The government's policy strategy in reducing the incidence of stunting is a specific intervention program for the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) in reducing the incidence of stunting are including vitamin A supplementation program for toddlers. Methods. This study uses an observational method with a case control approach. The sampling technique is using simple random sampling. The total of research?s subject is 82 respondents. The data is collected by using the primary data of height measurement and by filling out the questionnaires, while secondary data is seen from KIA handbook. Data were analyzed by chi square test ({\ensuremath{\alpha}} = 0.05). Results. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between vitamin A intake (p=0,001; OR=19,923 (5,862-67,718)), zinc intake (p=0,001; OR=15,909 (5,254-48,169)), and vitamin A supplementation (p= 0,043; OR = 3,365 (1,150-9,852)) with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months. Conclusion. There is a significant relationship between vitamin a intake, zinc intake, and vitamin a supplementation with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months in the Kota Gajah Health Center.
