description: Background: BPH is an enlarged prostate characterized by lower urinary tract disorders. BPH usually occurs to the older men. One of the recommended therapies for BPH patients is a combination therapy of tamsulosin and dutadsteride. This combination therapy is used to reduce complaints when urinating. The aim of the research is to determine the change in IPSS scores in BPH patients after taking the combination drug tamsulosin and dutasteride at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Lampung.  Method: This study used descriptive analysis with a cross-sectional approach.  The samples in this study were BPH patients who underwent combination therapy treatment of tamsulosin and dutasteride at the Urology Policlinic in Pertamina Bintang Amin Lampung Hospital.  This study used a statistical test (Paired Sample T Test) to determine changes in IPSS scores pre and post tamsulosin and dutasteride combination therapy for BPH patients.  Result: This study was taking 24 respondents with the most age range being 60-79 years.  The average IPSS score pre combination therapy was 21.92±4,20 and post combination therapy was 11.75±2,60.  Changes in the average IPSS score pre and post tamsulosin and dutasteride combination therapy decreased to 10.17±3,14 with p value 0,001  Conclusion: There was a change in IPSS scores pre and post tamsulosin and dutasteride combination therapy.  Keywords: BPH, Combination Therapy, Dutasteride, IPSS, Tamsulosin.    Latar Belakang: BPH adalah pembesaran prostat yang ditandai dengan adanya gangguan saluran kemih bagian bawah. BPH biasanya terjadi pada pria usia tua. Salah satu terapi yang direkomendasikan untuk pasien BPH adalah terapi kombinasi tamsulosin dan dutadsteride. Terapi kombinasi ini digunakan untuk mengurangi keluhan saat berkemih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan skor IPSS pada pasien BPH setelah mengonsumsi obat kombinasi tamsulosin dan dutasteride di RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin Lampung.  Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan pasien BPH yang menjalani pengobatan terapi kombinasi tamsulosin dan dutasteride di Poli Urologi RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji  statistik (Paired Sample T Test) untuk mengetahui perubahan skor IPSS sebelum dan sesudah terapi kombinasi tamsulosin dan dutasteride pada pasien BPH.  Hasil: Pada penelitian ini terdapat 24 responden dengan rentang usia paling banyak adalah 60-79 tahun. Rerata skor IPSS sebelum terapi kombinasi 21,92±4,20 dan sesudah terapi kombinasi 11,75±2,60. Perubahan rerata skor IPSS sebelum dan sesudah terapi kombinasi tamsulosin dan dutasteride mengalami penurunan menjadi 10,17±3,14 dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,001.  Simpulan: Menunjukkan terdapat perubahan skor IPSS sebelum dan sesudah terapi kombinasi tamsulosin dan dutasteride.  Kata Kunci: BPH, IPSS, Tamsulosin, Dutasteride, Terapi Kombinasi.
