Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pinjaman modal, teknologi,
dan tenaga kerja terhadap pendapatan UMKM di Kota Metro terkhusus pada pedagang
Pasar Cendrawasih Kota Metro. Aspek-aspek yang diteliti adalah pendapatan UMKM,
pinjaman modal, teknologi, serta tenaga kerja yang digunakan oleh para pelaku UMKM.
Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan regresi berganda dengan metode kuadrat
terkecil atau Ordinary Least Square Method (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa pinjaman modal, teknologi, dan tenaga kerja secara individual maupun secara
bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM di Pasar
Cendrawasih Kota Metro.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital loans, technology, and labor on
UMKM income in Metro City, especially on Cendrawasih Market sellers in Metro City.
The aspects studied are UMKM income, capital loan, technology, and labor used by
UMKM. The analysis method used is multiple regression with the Ordinary Least
Square method (OLS). The results of the study show that capital loan, technology, and
labor individually and collectively have a significant positive effect on the income of
UMKM in the Cendrawasih Market of Metro City.
