N2  - Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui
Peranan Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Sebagai Organisasi Dalam Menanamkan
Sikap Demokratis Bagi Kepengurusan Periode 2021/2022. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi kepada narasumber
dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan terpilih Gubernur
Mahasiswa, Kepala Bidang, dan tiga orang Anggota Organisasi. Data penelitian
ini berupa data kualitatif yang kemudian di analisis untuk memperoleh
kesimpulan akhir. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah badan eksekutif
mahasiswa belum cukup berperan dalam penanaman sikap demokrais bagi
kepengursan periode 2021/2022.

This research is a qualitative study that aims to determine the role of the Student
Executive Board as an Organization in Instilling a Democratic Attitude for
Management for the 2021/2022 Period. This study uses interviews, observations,
documentation to the resource persons selected using a purposive sampling
technique and elected Governor of Students, Head of Division, and three members
of the Organization. This research data is in the form of qualitative data which is
then analyzed to obtain final conclusions. The conclusion of this study is that the
student executive body has not played enough role in instilling a democratic
attitude for the management for the 2021/2022 period.
