Berhentinya produksi estrogen mengakibatkan perubahan pada organ genitalia yang mendorong menurunnya fungsi seksual sehingga menimbulkan kejadian disfungsi seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan lama menopause dengan kejadian disfungsi seksual pada wanita menopause.  Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan metode cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 110 orang wanita menopause di posyandu lansia wilayah kerja puskesmas Panjang Bandar Lampung yang dipilih dengan metode proportional random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan uji statistik Chi-square dan korelasi Spearman.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka kejadian disfungsi seksual pada wanita menopause sebesar 70,9% dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (p<0,05) antara lama menopause dengan kejadian disfungsi seksual pada wanita menopause. Angka kejadian disfungsi seksual paling tinggi terjadi pada kelompok dengan lama menopause >10 tahun dengan korelasi positif searah yaitu semakin lama menopause maka kejadian disfungsi seksual meningkat.  Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara lama menopause dengan kejadian disfungsi seksual pada wanita menopause dengan semakin lama menopause maka kejadian disfungsi seksual meningkat.  Kata kunci : disfungsi seksual, lama menopause, wanita menopause    ABSTRACT    Menopause defined as the time when there is no menstrual periods for the last 12 months due to inactivity follicular cycles, when ovaries stop producing estrogen, it cause the changing of urogenital organ which encourage sexual function decline, causing the incidence of sexual dysfunction. This study aimed to determine the association between duration of menopause with the incidence of sexual dysfunction in menopausal women.  This analytical cross sectional study with proportional random sampling method using 110 menopausal women in posyandu lansia of puskesmas Panjang Bandar Lampung as a sampel. Data was analyzed using Chi-square test and Spearman correlation.  The result shows that the incidence of sexual dysfunction in menopausal women is 70,9%. There is significant association between duration of menopause with the incidence of sexual dysfunction (p<0,05). The incidence mostly happen to the group with duration of menopause more than 10 years with positive correlation which the longer menopause increases the incidence of sexual dysfunction.  From this study, it can be concluded that there is an association between duration of menopause with the incidence of sexual dysfunction in menopausal women.
