Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik random sampling sebanyak 27 guru di Taman kanak-Kanak (TK) Kecamatan Teluk Betung Selatan Kota Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket terkait persepsi guru tentang pembelajaran PAUD pada masa pandemi covid-19. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 10 responden (37,04\%) memiliki persepsi berada pada kategori belum baik, sebanyak 13 responden (48,15\%) memiliki persepsi berada pada kategori kurang baik, sebanyak 3 responden (11,11\%) memiliki persepsi berada pada kategori baik, dan sebanyak 1 responden (3,70\%) memiliki persepsi berada pada kategori sangat baik. Hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkatan persepsi guru secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori kurang baik. Pada kenyataannya guru sebenarnya telah mendukung kebijakan dari pemerintah terkait pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi, akan tetapi hasil penelitian yang berada pada kategori kurang baik tersebut disebabkan karena beberapa faktor yang masih sulit untuk dilaksanakan seperti waktu pembelajaran yang dibatasi hanya 2 jam, kesulitan menjaga jarak antar tempat duduk peserta didik pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung, dan kendala dalam pemenuhan perlengkapan terkait masker, sabun cuci tangan, serta tempat cuci tangan. Kata Kunci: guru, pembelajaran PAUD, persepsi. ABSTRACT The study aims to describe teachers? perceptions of ECE learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive method. The research sample was taken using a random sampling technique as many as 27 teachers in Kindergarten (TK) Teluk Betung Selatan District, Bandar Lampung City. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire related to teachers? perceptions of PAUD learning during the covid-19 pandemic. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that as many as 10 respondents (37,04\%) had the perception of being in the not yet good category, as many as 13 respondents (48,15\%) had the perception of being in the poor category, as many as 3 respondents (11,11\%) had the perception of being in good category, and 1 respondents (3,70\%) has a perception of being in the very good category. The results of the analysis indicate that the level of teacher perception as a whole is in the poor category. In fact, teachers have actually supported policies from the government related to the implementation of learning during the pandemic, but the results of the reseacrh that are in the poor category are duet o several factors that are still difficult to implement such as learning time which is limited to only 2 hours, difficulties in maintaining a distance between student seats during learning activities, and obstacles in meeting equipment related to masks, hand soap, and hand washing facilities.
