        abstract = {Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih banyak peserta didik yang
belum mampu memahami konsep diri dan kematangan karir. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dengan 
kematangan karir pada siswa kelas XI MA Miftahul Ulum Braja Selebah.
Sampel penelitian berjumlah 32 siswa, Metode yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data dengan
menggunakan korelasi product Moment dengan bantuan program SPSS 25
for windows. Hasil analisis dan pengolahan data yang menunjukkan data
nilai korelasi sebesar 0,912 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 {\ensuremath{<}} 0,05, maka
Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa terdapat
hubungan yang signifikan antara konsep diri dengan kematangan karir
pada siswa kelas XI MA Miftahul Ulum Braja Selebah.

 The problem in this study is that there are still many students who have not
been able to understand self-concept and career maturity. This study aims
to determine the relationship between self-concept and career maturity in
class XI MA Miftahul Ulum Braja Selebah students. The research sample
amounted to 32 students,the method used in this study was a quantitative
approach. The data analysis technique uses the product Moment
correlation formula with the help of the SPSS 25 program for windows.
The results of data analysis and processing, which shows the correlation
value data is 0.912 and a significant value is 0.000 {\ensuremath{<}}0.05, then Ho was
reject and Ha was accepted. The conclusion is that there is a significant
relationship between self-concept and career maturity in class XI MA
Miftahul Ulum Braja Selebah students.
