Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen personalia yang sudah berjalan pada PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk-Poultry Breeding Division. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen personalia di PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk-Poultry Breeding Division menerapkan enam kegiatan pokok yaitu: Perencanaan pegawai (personnel planning), Pengadaaan pegawai (recruitment), Pengembangan pegawai (personnel development), Promosi dan mutasi, Kompensasi dan Penilaian Hasil Kerja. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Personalia, Poultry Breeding Division abstract Personnel management plays a very important role in terms of employee data collection, for that attention, control and supervision are needed in supporting company activities. This study aims to determine the implementation of personnel management that has been running at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk-Poultry Breeding Division. The study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that personnel management at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk-Poultry Breeding Division implemented six main activities, namely: employee planning (personnel planning), employee procurement (recruitment), employee development (personnel development), promotion and transfer, compensation and performance appraisal.
