abstract: Tanggal 19 Desember 1948 Belanda telah melakukan Agresi Militer Agresi
Militer Belanda II dilancarkan presiden dan wakil presiden serta beberapa pejabat
tinggi lainnya ditawan Belanda. Bangka Belitung menjadi salah satu tempat
Soekarno dan Hatta diasingkan oleh Belanda. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini
yakni apasajakah aktivitas politik soekarno dan Mohammad Hatta pada saat
diasingkan di kota Muntok tahun 1948-1949 dalam rangka mengembalikan
Republik Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu
mengunakan metode historis yakni: Heuristik, Kritik, Interpretasi, dan
Historiografi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan: Agresi militer II yang diluncurkan oleh
Belanda membuat kedaulatan Negara Indonesia terancam. Diasingkannya
Soekarno dan Mohammad Hatta tidak membuat aktivita politik yang dapat
menunjang pengembalian kedaulatan terhenti. Aktivitas politik tersebut tetap
dilakukan yang berupa membangkitkan semangat pemuda Muntok, merumuskan
naskah diplomasi kedaulatan Republik Indonesia yang menjembatani kembalinya
kedaulatan Republik Indonesia dan melakukan diplomasi dalam mengembalikan
kedaulatan Republik Indonesia yang dilakukan dengan berbagai pihak seperti
UNCI, PBB, KTN dan BFO. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yakni terdapat tiga
aktivitas politik Soekarno dan Mohammad Hatta Dalam Mengembalikan
kedaulatan RI. Aktivitas politik yang dilakukan berhasil menunjang kembalinya
kedaulatan RI. Sehingga terjadi penyerahan dan pengakuaan kedaulatan
berlangsung pada tanggal 27 Desember 1949.

On December 19, 1948, the Dutch carried out Military Aggression. The
Second Dutch Military Aggression was launched by the president and vice
president and several other high-ranking officials were taken prisoner by the
Dutch. Bangka Belitung became one of the places where Soekarno and Hatta were
exiled by the Dutch. The formulation of the problem from this research is what were
the political activities of Soekarno and Mohammad Hatta when they were exiled in
the city of Muntok in 1948-1949 in order to restore the Republic of Indonesia. The
method used in this research is using historical methods, namely: Heuristics,
Criticism, Interpretation, and Historiography.
The results of this study indicate: The military aggression II launched by the
Dutch made the sovereignty of the State of Indonesia threatened. The exile of
Soekarno and Mohammad Hatta did not stop political activities that could support
the restoration of sovereignty. These political activities are still being carried out
in the form of raising the spirit of Muntok youth, formulating a diplomatic script of
the sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia which bridges the return of the
sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia and conducting diplomacy in restoring the
sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia which is carried out with various parties
such as UNCI, PBB, KTN and BFO. The conclusion of this research is that there
are three political activities of Soekarno and Mohammad Hatta in restoring the
sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia. The political activities carried out
succeeded in supporting the return of Indonesian sovereignty. So that the surrender
and recognition of sovereignty took place on December 27, 1949.
