Masalah  dalam penelitian ini belum optimalnya pemanfaatan sarana prasarana pendidikan  terhadap proses pembelajaran serta kondisi kelas yang kurang memadai. Adapun  tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan sarana prasarana  pendidikan untuk menciptakan sekolah efektif di sekolah dasar. Metode yang  digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mix method dengan desain penelitian  sequential explanatory. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan  populasi dan sampel sebanyak 41 orang, adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini  adalah kepala sekolah, perwakilan pendidik dan staf tata usaha. Instrumen yang  digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil  penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh pengelolaan sarana prasarana  pendidikan untuk menciptakan sekolah efektif di sekolah dasar.        Kata kunci: pengelolaan sarana prasarana, sekolah efektif    ABSTRACT       MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE    TO CREATE EFFECTIVE SCHOOLS   IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS      By   DINA OKTAVIANA    This research was conducted at SDN 2 Rajabasa and SDN 3 Kampung Baru. The  problem in this study is that the utilization of educational facilities and  infrastructure for the learning process is not optimal and the class conditions are  inadequate. The purpose of this study is to find out how to manage educational  infrastructure to create effective schools in elementary schools. The method used  in this research is a mix method with a sequential explanatory research design.  This study uses a saturated sample with a population and a sample of 41 people,  while the sources of data in this study are school principals, educator  representatives and administrative staff. The instruments used in this study were  questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results showed that there was  an influence in the management of educational infrastructure to create effective  schools in elementary schools.
