This shows that the manufacture of threads on titanium is very supportive to be applied in the biomedical field. The precision of the screw geometry will have an influence on the quality of the thread, especially when the thread is working when it is used as a bone connector. Titanium thread geometry error in screw lathe machining is influenced by cutting speed, depth of cut, and type of machining. This study examines the response of the pitch error, and the thread angle error on the M4x0.7 thread diameter with 3 levels and 3 factors and then processing the data using the Taguchi optimization process with variations in cutting speed of 17.58, 21.35, 25.12 m/min, depth of cut 0.085, 0.108 , and 0.143 mm, and lathe machining used is dry machining, using palm oil lubricant and using synthetic oil lubricant. Optimal results are obtained in a combination of cutting conditions with a cutting speed factor of 25.12 m/min and a cutting depth of 0.108 mm and palm oil where the response to pitch error is 0.170 mm and optimal cutting conditions at the screw angle error are the cutting speed parameter 17.58 m/min, depth of cut is 0.085. mm and dry machining type where the response angle error is 0.260° Keywords : Precision Of Thread Geometry,Taguchi Method, Titanium,
