Ti-6Al-4V ELI alloy has advantages in industrial and disadvantages in machining. To anticipate weakness of titanium in machining process, work carried out is to vary cutting parameters and selection of cooling media. Titanium thread geometry error in screw lathe machining influenced by cutting speed, depth of cut, and type of machining. This study examines response of major diameter errors, and minor diameter errors of threads on M4x0.7 thread diameter with 3 levels and 3 factors and then processing data using Taguchi optimization process with variations in cutting speed 17.58, 21.35, 25.12 m/min, depth of cut 0.085. , 0.108, and 0.143 mm, and lathe machining used dry machining, using palm oil lubricant and using synthetic oil lubricant. Optimal results were obtained on combination of cutting parameters with cutting speed factor of 25.12 m/min and cutting depth of 0.143 mm and oil palm lubricants where the response to major diameter error of 0.088 mm and optimal cutting conditions for minor diameter error is the cutting speed parameter of 25.12 m/min depth of cut. 0.083 mm and synthetic oil cooling type where the error response is 0.07 mm.
