abstract: Menurut data BPJS ketenagakerjaan tahun 2017-2021, jumlah kasus kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia terus tumbuh dalam lima tahun terakhir. Untuk itu, perlu diberlakukan penerapan pola komunikasi yang tepat. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pola komunikasi HSE dalam mensosialisasikan program K3 proyek tanggul banjir Serang PT. PP (Persero) Tbk. - Amarta Karya, KSO (Kerjasama Operasi). Tipe penelitian deksriptif kualitatif dengan metode teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi yang diterapkan PT. PP (Persero) - AMKA pada Proyek Ciujung Priority Civil Work Package 3 dalam mensosialisasikan program K3 adalah pola komunikasi rantai dan pola komunikasi semua saluran.

According to BPJS Employment data for 2017-2021, the number of work accident cases in Indonesia has continued to grow in the last five years. For this reason, it is necessary to apply the right communication pattern. This study aims to reveal and to describe HSE communication patterns in socializing the K3 program of the Serang flood embankment project of PT. PP (Persero) Tbk. - Amarta Karya, KSO (Cooperation Operation). This type of qualitative descriptive research with the method of interview and observation techniques. The results showed that the communication pattern applied by PT. PP (Persero) - AMKA in the Ciujung Project Priority Civil Works Package 3 in disseminating the K3 program is a chain communication pattern and all channel communication patterns.
