The study was conducted in Semuli Jaya Village, Abung Semuli District, North Lampung Regency in March-April 2022. Sampling was carried out intentionally with a total of 70 people, namely 35 farmers using subsidized and non-subsidized seeds. The type of research, namely quantitative research with survey methods. Analysis of the data used, namely quantitative descriptive analysis, partial correlation and independent sample t-test. The results showed: 1) The experience of farmers who used subsidized and non-subsidized rice seeds was categorized as quite experienced. 2) Farmers' experience in using subsidized seeds is closely related to farmers' skills and education. The experience of farmers in using non-subsidized seeds is closely related to the support of the farmer's family. 3) There is a significant difference between the productivity of subsidized and non-subsidized rice seed farming, namely the average productivity of nonsubsidized rice seed farming is 7.45 tons/ha/season, while subsidized seeds is 4.91 tons/ha/season. 4) There is a significant difference between subsidized and nonsubsidized seed farming income, namely the average non-subsidized seed farming income of Rp. 10,305,144.00/ha/season, while the subsidized seed is Rp. 4,866,629.00/ha/season. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Semuli Jaya, Kecamatan Abung Semuli, Kabupaten Lampung Utara pada bulan Maret-April 2022. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara sengaja dengan jumlah 70 orang, yaitu masing-masing 35 orang petani pengguna benih subsidi dan non subsidi. Jenis penelitian, yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, korelasi parsial dan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) pengalaman petani yang menggunakan benih padi sawah subsidi dan non subsidi masuk ke dalam kategori cukup berpengalaman; 2) peubah yang berhubungan dengan pengalaman petani pengguna benih padi sawah subsidi adalah keterampilan dan pendidikan petani, sedangkan peubah yang berhubungan dengan pengalaman petani padi sawah pengguna benih non subsidi adalah dukungan keluarga; 3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara produktivitas usahatani padi sawah benih subsidi dan non subsidi, yaitu rata-rata produktivitas usahatani padi sawah benih non subsidi sebesar 7,02/ton/ha/musim, sedangkan benih subsidi sebesar 5,11/ton/ha/musim; 4) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pendapatan usahatani padi sawah benih subsidi dan non subsidi, yaitu rata-rata pendapatan usahatani padi sawah benih non subsidi adalah sebesar Rp. 10.305.144,00/ha/musim, sedangkan benih subsidi adalah sebesar Rp. 4.866.629,00/ha/musim.
