N2  - Walikota Prabumulih mempunyai inisiatif mengajak Baznas Kota menyalurkan
sebagian dana dari potongan gaji pegawai Pemerintah Kota, membangun rumah
layak huni dalam rangka pengentasan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui dan menganalisis Evaluasi Program Pembangunan Rumah Layak Huni
di Kota Prabumulih yang dilakukan oleh Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kota
Prabumulih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Evaluasi Program Pembangunan Rumah
Layak Huni di Kota Prabumulih yang dilakukan oleh Baznas Kota Prabumulih
dalam hal Efektivitas, Efisiensi, Kecukupan, Perataan, Responsivitas, dan
Ketepatan semuanya sudah berhasil, sekalipun masih ada temuan Peneliti di
lapangan bahwa antrian masyarakat yang lolos mendapat bantuan pembangunan
harus menunggu 1 bulan proses pembangunan rumah dan masyarakat yang
mendapat bantuan pembangunan rumah layak huni tidak mendapat tempat tinggal
sementara. Saran dari Peneliti Baznas Kota Prabumulih diharapkan harus tepat
waktu dalam menyusun estimasi waktu dan memberikan tempat tinggal sementara
bagi masyarakat yang rumahnya sedang dibangun.

The Mayor of Prabumulih has the initiative to invite the National Zakat Agency
City to channel some of the funds from the salary deductions for City Government
employees, to build livable houses in the context of poverty alleviation. This study
aimed to know and analyze the Evaluation of the Construction of Inhabitable House
Program at Prabumulih held by the National Zakat Agency of Prabumulih. The
descriptive qualitative research approach was used in this study. The result showed
that the Evaluation of the Construction of Inhabitable House Program at Prabumulih
held by the National Zakat Agency of Prabumulih in terms of Effectiveness,
Efficiency, Adequacy, Equitable, Responsiveness, and Accuracy were all
successful, even though in the field the researcher still find that there were the
queues of people who receiving construction assistance must wait a month for the
process of building a house and the people who get assist for the construction of the
inhabitable house were not provided with the temporary house. The researcher
suggested that the National Zakat Agency of Prabumulih was required to be on time
in producing time estimates and providing temporary houses for people whose
houses were being built.
