Penelitian ini terdiri atas 6 perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak 3 kali yaitu A: Kontrol. B: 50 kg Urea ha-1, TSP 100 kg ha-1, KCl 100 kg ha-1. C: Urea 37,5 kg ha-1, TSP 75 kg ha-1, KCl 75 kg ha-1, Organonitrofos 500 kg ha-1. D: Urea 25 kg ha-1, TSP 50 kg ha-1, KCl 50 kg ha-1, Organonitrofos 1.000 kg ha-1. E: Urea 12,5 kg ha-1, TSP 25 kg ha-1, KCl 25 kg ha-1, Organonitrofos 2.000 kg ha-1. F: Organonitrofos 3.000 kg ha-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kombinasi perlakuan pemupukan dengan dosis 25 kg ha-1 Urea, 50 kg ha-1 TSP, 50 kg ha-1 KCl, 1.000 kg ha-1 Organonitrofos paling efektif berdasarkan agronomis tanaman dengan RAE (Relative Agronomic Effectiveness) sebesar 1235,2\% bersifat ekonomis sebesar 5,5; (2) perlakuan dengan dosis 25 kg ha-1 Urea, 50 kg ha-1 TSP, 50 kg ha-1 KCl, 1.000 kg ha-1 Organonitrofos mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan, produksi, serta serapan hara N, P, dan K total tertinggi pada tanaman jagung; (3) serapan hara N, P, dan K tanaman tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan kombinasi dengan dosis Urea 25 kg ha-1 Urea, 50 kg ha-1 TSP, 50 kg ha-1 KCl, 1.000 kg ha-1 Organonitrofos. Kata kunci : kedelai, kombinasi, pupuk organitorofos, uji efektivitas ABSTRACT The objectives of this study were to (1) examine the effectiveness organonitrofos fertilizer on the growth and yield of soybean; (2) determine the combination of fertilizer that most affect the growth and yield of soybean; (3) determine the effect organonitrofos fertilizer and its combination with chemical fertilizer on soybean crop nutrient uptake. This research was conducted out in an integrated Field Laboratory, University of Lampung in Muara Putih village Natar, South Lampung district and Laboratory of Soil Science, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung in December 2012 to March 2013. This study consisted of six treatments with three repetation that were A: Control. B: 50 kg Urea ha-1, TSP 100 kg ha-1, KCl 100 kg ha-1. C: Urea 37,5 kg ha-1, TSP 75 kg ha-1, KCl 75 kg ha-1, Organonitrofos 500 kg ha-1. D: Urea 25 kg ha-1, TSP 50 kg ha-1, KCl 50 kg ha-1, Organonitrofos 1.000 kg ha-1. E: Urea 12,5 kg ha-1, TSP 25 kg ha-1, KCl 25 kg ha-1, Organonitrofos 2.000 kg ha-1. F: Organonitrofos 3.000 kg ha-1. The results showed that the combination of fertilization treatment of 25 kg ha-1 Urea, 50 kg ha-1 TSP, 50 kg ha-1 KCl and 1.000 kg ha-1 Organonitrofos was most effective based on agronomic crops with RAE (Relative Agronomic Effectiveness ) and was economical, increased the soybean plant growth (plant height and number of leaves) and production (plant dry weight, weight of 100 grains, and dried grain weight per plant) and had the highest plant absorbtion of N, P, and K.
