Penelitian ini menggunakan  purposive sampling yakni didapatkan 40 perusahaan yang layak untuk dijadikan sampel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan aset berpengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal dan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal.    Kata Kunci : Pertumbuhan asset, Ukuran perusahaan, Profitabilitas,  Likuiditas dan Struktur modal     ABSTRACT      FACTORS AFFECTING CAPITAL STRUCTURE IN PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE SERVICE COMPANIES LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE FOR THE 2016-2020 PERIOD      By    SHAREN SAMANTHA DARSONO    This study aims to determine the effect of asset growth, company size, profitability and liquidity on the capital structure of property and real estate service companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2016-2020 period. This study uses purposive sampling, namely 40 companies that are eligible to be used as samples. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that asset growth had a positive effect on capital structure, firm size had no effect on capital structure, profitability had a negative effect on capital structure and liquidity had a negative effect on capital structure.
