        abstract = {Surat pengantar berperanan penting dalam pengelolaan administrasi
kependudukan di tingkat kecamatan. Ketika masyarakat ingin membuat surat
pengantar, maka warga harus mengurus surat tersebut ke RT lalu ke
kelurahan. Persetujuan ketua RT seringkali tidak mudah didapat. Bahkan,
selama pandemi interaksi antar manusia harus dihindari untuk berinteraksi
dengan banyak orang. Untuk itu dikembangkan Sistem Informasi
Administrasi Surat Tingkat RT berbasis web. Proses pembangunan Sistem
Informasi ini menerapkan metode waterfall dan pemodelan interaksi dan
komunikasi pengguna Unified Modeling Language (UML), sistem
diimplementasikan menggunakan pemrograman web dengan bahasa
pemrograman PHP. Pengujian menggunakan Black Box testing sebagai
pengujian fungsional sistem. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi
Administrasi Surat Tingkat RT 040 pesawahan berbasis web ini, warga dapat
mengajukan surat rujukan ke kelurahan pesawahan melalui RT 040 tanpa
interaksi langsung.

Reference letters play an important role in the management of population
administration at sub-district level. When people want to make a cover letter, then
residents must manage the letter to RT the to sub-district. The head of the
approval of RT is oten not easy to get. Even, During the pandemic the interaction
among people should be avoided to interact with too many. For this reason, a
web-based RT Level Letter Administration Information System was developed.
Process of developing this Information System applied the waterfall approach and
modeling user interaction and communication Unified Modeling Language
(UML), the system is implemented using web programming using the PHP
programming language. Black Box Testing is used as a functional test of the
system. By using this web-based RT information system for RT 040 pesawahan,
the residents can propose the reference letter to sub-district of pesawahan via RT
040 without direct interaction.
