Program ini mempunyai landasan hukum yaitu Peraturan Presiden Nomor 76 Tahun 2020 Tentang Program Pra Kerja Perubahan Atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 36 Tahun 2020 Tentang Perkembangan Kompetensi Kerja Melalui Program Kartu Pra Kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Program Kartu Pra Kerja dalam meningkatkan produktivitas bagi pencari kerja di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan 10 informan dan menganalisis data dari wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi yang dipilah sesuai dengan Peningkatan Produktivitas Bagi Pencari Kerja menurut Sulistiyan yakni, Pengetahuan, Keterampilan, Kemampuan, Sikap Dan Perilaku. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 6 dari 10 peserta telah menjadi lebih produktif setelah mengikuti pelatihan pada Program Kartu Prakerja. Berdasarkan penelitian Pelaksanaan Program Kartu Pra Kerja dalam meningkatkan produktivitas bagi pencari kerja di Kota Bandar Lampung berhasil membantu pencari kerja sesuai dengan tujuan program kartu prakerja. Dana insentif yang diterima oleh peserta Program Pra Kerja 6 dari 10 peserta digunkakan untuk mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari. dan 4 peserta menggunakan untuk mendanai usaha. Peran Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Bandar Lampung dalam pelaksanaan Program Kartu Pra Kerja sebagai pendamping belum maksimal mensosialisasikan Program Kartu Prakerja Kendala yang dialami peserta Program Pra Kerja dalam mengikuti pelatihan secara daring (online) yaitu, kurangnya literasi digital, koneksi internet tidak stabil serta kurangnya fasilitas/saranan dan prasarana penunjang pelatihan Keyword : Program Prakerja, Produktivitas The increasing number of unemployed in Bandar Lampung City is due to the lack of work competency in the work force and the large number of victims of fired/layoff during the covid-19 pandemic to overcome labor problems in Indonesia The pre-employment card program was launched for the first time by the government on March 20th 2020. This program has a legal basis, namely Presidential Regulation Number 76 of 2020 concerning Pre-Employment Program Amendments to Presidential Regulation Number 36 of 2020 concerning Development of Work Competency Through the Card Program Pre Work. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Pre-Employment Card Program in increasing productivity for job seekers in Bandar Lampung City. This qualitative descriptive research was obtained through interviews with 10 informants and analyzed data from interviews, documentation, and observations which were sorted according to Increased Productivity for Job Seekers according to Sulistiyan namely, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Attitudes and Behaviors. The results showed that 6 out of 10 participants had become more productive after attending training in the Pre-Employment Card Program. Based on research on the implementation of the Pre-Employment Card Program in increasing productivity for job seekers in Bandar Lampung City, it has succeeded in helping job seekers in accordance with the objectives of the pre-employment card program. Incentive funds received by Pre-Employment Program participants 6 out of 10 participants were used to meet their daily needs. and 4 participants used to fund their business.
