Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor semen yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia periode 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan  populasi target atau semua perusahaan dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian yakni didapatkan 6 perusahaan yang akan dijadikan sebagai penelitian. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan divivden sedangkan profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan divivden.

Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas,  Likuiditas, dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan.

THE EFFECT PROFITABIITY, LIQUIDITY, AND GROWTH ON DIVIDEND POLICY IN MANUFACTURING COMPANIES SUB SECTOR CEMENT WHICH IS LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE FOR THE 2016-2020 PERIOD

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and growth companies on dividend policy in manufacturing companies sub sector cement which listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2016-2020 period. This study uses the target population or all companies as the object of research. There are 6 companies that are used as research. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that liquidity had a positive effect on dividend policy, profitability and growth companies had a negative effect on dividend policy.
