abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan: perencanaan,
pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dalam pengelolaan sekolah di SMK PGRI 4
Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.
Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi
partisipan dan studi dokumen. Sumber data dari penelitian ini berjumlah 6 (enam)
orang satu orang ketua yayasan, satu orang kepala sekolah, satu orang wakil
kepala sekolah, satu orang komite sekolah, dan tiga orang guru. Hasil penelitian
didapat : (1) Perencanaan pengelolaan sekolah seluruh penyusunan rencana kerja
disesuaikan dengan standar pengelolaan sekolah (2) Pengorganisasian dalam
pengelolaan sekolah sudah cukup baik dan efektif sekolah juga menjalankan
kerjasama dengan pihak industri dalam prakerja industri siswa. (3) Pelaksanaan
dalam pengelolaan sekolah setiap program warga sesuai dengan pembagian tugas
yang telah ditetapkan (4) Evaluasi dalam pengelolaan sekolah melalui
pengawasan pada aspek pelaksanaan kurikulum dan kinerja pendidik serta tenaga
kependidikan oleh kepala sekolah maupun pengawasan fungsional, evaluasi diri
sekolah yang dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe: planning, organizing,
implementing in school management at SMK PGRI 4 Bandar Lampung. This
research method is descriptive with a case study approach. Data collection
techniques used in-depth interviews, participant observation and document
studies. Sources of data from this study amounted to 6 (six) people, one chairman
of the foundation, one principal, one vice principal, one school committee, and
three teachers. The results of the study were: (1) School management planning
throughout the preparation of work plans adapted to school management
standards (2) The organization in school management was quite good and
effective the school also collaborated with industry in student industrial work. (3)
Implementation in the school management of every citizen program in accordance
with the division of tasks that have been determined (4) Evaluation in school
management through supervision on aspects of curriculum implementation and
the performance of educators and education personnel by the principal as well as
functional supervision, school self-evaluation which is carried out on
continuously.
