        abstract = {Transportation has an important role, in fact it is the main need of the community, especially air transportation. Therefore, the Minister of Transportation continues to work on developing and improving various infrastructures to increase the needs of the community. The event of an increase in the number of airplane passengers in the coming period can be analyzed using statistics, namely by forecasting. The method in this study is Ruey Chyn Tsaur logic, which is a method of combining fuzzy time series and markov chains to minimize large errors.
The purpose of this research is to find out the results of the accuracy of the number of airplane passengers at Juanda Main Airport using the Ruey Chyn Tsaur method. And find out the results of forecasting the number of airplane passengers at Juanda Main Airport in July 2022 to December 2022. With forecasting calculations as follows

Transportasi mempunyai peran penting, bahkan menjadi kebutuhan utama masyarakat, terutama transportasi udara. Oleh sebab itu, menteri perhubungan terus berupaya mengembangkan serta meningkatkan berbagai infrastruktur-infrastruktur untuk meningkatkan kebutuhan masyakarat. Peristiwa meningkatnya jumlah penumpang pesawat pada periode mendatang dapat dianalisis dengan ilmu statistika, yaitu dengan melakukan peramalan. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah logika Ruey Chyn Tsaur yaitu metode penggabungan fuzzy time series dan markov chain untuk meminimalkan kesalahan yang besar.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil akurasi jumlah penumpang pesawat di Bandara Utama Juanda dengan menggunakan metode Ruey Chyn Tsaur. Dan mengetahui hasil peramalan jumlah penumpang pesawat di Bandara Utama Juanda pada bulan Juli 2022 sampai dengan Desember 2022. Dengan perhitungan peramalan sebagai berikut
