UNTUK PAKAN HEWAN TERNAK

Mesin pencacah rumput merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk mencacah rumput 
sebagai pakan hewan ternak agar rumput mudah tercena dengan baik dibandingkan
dengan rumput yang langsung diberikan secara utuh setelah pengambilan rumput di
persawahan atau di perkebunan. Selain dapat menghaluskan rumput yang akan
diberikan untuk pakan ternak, rumput yang sudah halus dapat dicampur dengan
vitamin berupa cairan atau bubuk sehingga rumput memiliki kandungan yang baik
untuk kesehatan dan pencernaan hewan ternak itu sendiri. Dengan tampilan produk
tersebut sangat bisa menarik konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut. Perancangan
dari mesin pencacah rumput tersebut memanfaatkan bahan-bahan sederhana yang ada
seperti besi hollow, plat besi, V Belt, motor listrik, klaher dan pulli. Dengan bahan
bahan sederhana ini dapat memberikan sedikit solusi untuk peternakan sekala rumahan
yang dapat membantu agar kesehatan hewan ternak terjaga dengan baik. Dan mampu
juga bersaing dengan peternakan bersekala besar. Besi hollow disatukan menjadi
kerangka sebagai tempat peletakan motor listrik dan beberapa komponen lainnya, yang
mana motor listrik akan menggerkan V Belt lalu V Belt akan menggerakan pisau yang
dapat mencacah rumput hingga halus. kemudian plat besi digunakan sebagai penutup
pisau pencacah rumput untuk pakan agar tidak berhamburan kemana-mana dan
sebagai jalan keluarnya rumput yang sudah dihaluskan. Kata kunci : Mesin pencacah

 Grass chopper is a tool used to chop grass as fodder for livestock so that the grass is
easily digested properly compored to grass which is directly given in its entirety after
taking grass in rice fields and on plantations. Besides being able to smooth the grass
that will be given for animal feed, finely ground grass can be mixed with vitamins in
the form of liquid or powder so that the grass has good content for the health and
digestion of the livestovk themselves. With the appearance ot these products can really
attract consumers to buy these products. The design of the lawn mower utilizes existing
simple materials such as iron hollow, iron plate, V belt, electric engine, blade and
pulley. With these simple ingredients, it can provide a little solution for home scale
farms. Hollow iron is put together into a framework as a place to place the electric
engine and several other components, where the electric engine will move the V belt,
the V belt will move the blades that can chop grass until smooth. Then the iron plate
is used as a cover for the grass chopper blade for feed so it doesn?t scatter everywhere
