        abstract = {Data panel adalah gabungan antara data time series dan data cross section. Salah
satu metode analisis yang digunakan pada data panel adalah analisis regresi panel
dengan model common effect. Dalam penelitian ini, pendugaan parameter regresi
panel model common effect dilakukan dengan metode maximum likelihood
estimation. Selanjutnya, model common effect diaplikasikan pada data indeks
pembangunan manusia Provinsi Lampung tahun 2019-2021. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa jumlah penduduk miskin ( , angka harapan hidup ( ,
dan rata-rata lama sekolah ( berpengaruh terhadap indeks pembangunan
manusia di Provinsi Lampung tahun 2019-2021.

ABSTRACT

Panel data is a combination of time series data and cross section data. One of the
analytical methods used for panel data is panel regression analysis with the
common effect model. In this study, the estimation of the common effect model
panel regression parameters was carried out using the maximum likelihood
estimation method. Furthermore, the common effect model is applied to the
human development index data for Lampung Province for 2019-2021. The results
of this study indicate that the number of poor people ( ), life expectancy ( ),
and average length of schooling ( ) affect the human development index in
Lampung Province in 2019-2021.
