        abstract = {Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui dampak
Covid-19 terhadap pendapatan, tenaga kerja serta upaya mempertahankan
keberlangsungan usaha selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan
data primer dengan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan uji beda Wilcoxon
untuk mengetahui dampak adanya pandemi Covid-19. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukan bahwa Covid-19 memberikan dampak negatif pada pendapatan,
dan jumlah tenaga kerja. Pelaku usaha mengalami penurunan pendapatan,
penurunan jumlah tenaga kerja serta untuk mempertahankan keberlangsungan
usaha selama adanya pandemi Covid-19, pelaku usaha terpaksa merumahkan
karyawannya untuk mengurangi beban pembiayaan.

Kata kunci : Covid-19, UMKM, Pendapatan, Tenaga Kerja, dan
Keberlangsungan usaha.

The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the impact of Covid
19 on income, labor and efforts to maintain business sustainability during the
Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted primary data with
quantitative descriptive methods and the Wilcoxon Rank test to determine the

impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this reserch show that Covid-
19 has a negative impact on income and the number of workers. business actors

experienced a decrease in income, a decrease in the number of workers and to
maintain business sustainability during the covid-19 pandemic, business actors
were forced to lay off their employees to reduce the financing burden.
