"Tingkat kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia tergolong tinggi dan cenderung meningkat\r\ndi setiap tahunnya. Adanya perhatian dalam manajemen K3 ( occupational health\r\nand safety management ) dari organisasi akan membuat karyawan merasa\r\nnyaman dan aman. Ketika karyawan merasa job satisfaction yang cukup tinggi\r\ndengan apa yang diberikan oleh organisasinya mereka akan lebih berkontribusi\r\nlagi bagi organisasi. Hal ini juga membuat job commitment yang semakin kuat\r\ndengan keterikatan yang terbangun dalam diri karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan\r\nuntuk mengetahui pengaruh occupational health and safety management terhadap\r\njob commitment yang dimoderasi oleh job satisfaction.\r\n\r\nFokus penelitian ini adalah pada karyawan PGAS Solution Area Lampung.\r\nMetode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan\r\nskala likert. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 orang. Alat\r\nanalisis data yang digunakan adalah Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).\r\nHasil dari penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu occupational\r\nhealth and safety management pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job\r\ncommitment, job satisfaction pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job\r\ncommitment, dan job Satisfaction memoderasi pengaruh occupational health and\r\nsafety management terhadap job commitment.\r\n\r\nPenelitian ini menemukan beberapa saran yang dapat diaplikasikan oleh PGAS\r\nSolution Area Lampung untuk kemajuan ke depan. PGAS Solution lebih\r\n\r\nmeperhatian pemberian pelatihan pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan kerja\r\nyang memadai kepada karyawan supaya ketika terjadi kecelakaan kerja, sesama\r\nrekan kerja dapat saling menolong sebelum tenaga medis datang. Pihak PGAS\r\nSolution juga dapat lebih merangkul karyawan agar mereka merasa lebih\r\ndibutuhkan dan kontribusi mereka bagi perusahaan itu penting. PGAS Solution\r\nperlu membuat budaya organisasi yang berbeda dari tempat lain, seperti budaya\r\nK3 terdukung, terdisiplin, dan terjamin, suasana kerja nyaman dan\r\nmenyenangnkan, beban kerja yang sesuai, tuntutan kerja yang terkelola dan hal\r\nlainnya yang saling menguntungkan baik bagi perusahaan maupun karyawan.\r\nPGAS Solution Area Lampung dapat memberikan motivasi dan sharing\r\nknowledge bagi karyawan agara karyawan tidak terlalu merasakan pekerjaan yang\r\nmenjadi tanggung jawab mereka sebagai beban\r\n\r\nKata Kunci : Occupational Health And Safety Management, Job Commitment,\r\n\r\nJob Satisfaction, Karyawan PGAS Solution\r\n\r\n\r\nThe work accident rate in Indonesia is relatively high and tends to increase every\r\nyear. The attention in OHS management (occupational health and safety\r\nmanagement) from the organization will make employees feel comfortable and\r\nsafe. When employees feel that job satisfaction is high enough with what is\r\nprovided by their organization, they will contribute even more to the organization.\r\nThis also makes job commitment stronger with the attachment that is built within\r\nemployees. This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health and\r\nsafety management on job commitment moderated by job satisfaction.\r\nThe focus of this research is on employees of PGAS Solution Area Lampung. The\r\ndata collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The\r\nsample used in this study was 150 people. The data analysis tool used is\r\nModerated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study support the\r\nproposed hypothesis, namely that occupational health and safety management has\r\na positive and significant effect on job commitment, job satisfaction has a positive\r\nand significant effect on job commitment, and job satisfaction moderates the\r\neffect of occupational health and safety management on job commitment.\r\nThis study found several suggestions that can be applied by PGAS Solution Area\r\nLampung for future progress. PGAS Solution pays more attention to providing\r\nadequate first aid training for work accidents to employees so that when a work\r\naccident occurs, fellow co-workers can help each other before medical personnel\r\narrive. PGAS Solution can also embrace employees more so that they feel more\r\nneeded and their contribution to the company is important. PGAS Solution needs\r\nto create an organizational culture that is different from other places, such as a\r\nsupported, disciplined, and guaranteed K3 culture, a comfortable and enjoyable\r\nwork atmosphere, appropriate workloads, managed work demands and other\r\nthings that are mutually beneficial for both the company and employees.
