Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya hubungan power otot lengan dan panjang lengan dengan hasil pukulan jauh (long hit) menggunakan batting tee pada atlet softball putri mohicans bandar lampung. 
Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi product moment dan sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 16 atlet. Teknik pengumpulan  data  menggunakan survey dengan teknik pas dan instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes Two Hands Medicine Ball Put. Pengukuran melalui Antropometer dan Fungo Batting Test.
Hasil penelitian dan analisis menunjukan, (1) Hubungan Power Otot Lengan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap hasil Pukulan Jauh Long Hit, dengan nilai r hitung > r tabel (0,992 > 0,497) (2) Panjang Lengan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap hasil pukulan jauh long hit, dilihat dengan nilai r hitung > r tabel (0,996 > 0,497). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara power otot lengan dan panjang lengan dengan hasil pukulan jauh (long hit) menggunakan batting tee pada atlet softball putri mohicans Bandar lampung.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between arm muscle power and arm length with long hits using a batting tee for female softball athletes from Bandar Lampung. 
The method used is product moment correlation analysis and the selected sample is 16 athletes. The data collection technique used a survey with a fitting technique and the instrument used was the Two Hands Medicine Ball Put test. Measurement through Anthropometer and Fungo Batting Test.
The results of the research and analysis show, (1) the arm muscle power relationship has a significant relationship to the long hit long stroke, with the value of r count > r table (0.992 > 0.497) (2) arm length has a significant relationship to the long stroke result. hit, seen by the value of r count < r table (0.996 < 0.497). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between arm muscle power and arm length with long hits using a batting tee in female softball athletes Mohicans Bandar Lampung.
