FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN dan PERILAKU PENGGUNAAN ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI (APD) DENGAN KEJADIAN 
MATA MERAH VISUS NORMAL AKIBAT KERJA PADA PEKERJA OJEK DI BANDAR LAMPUNG

NI PUTU SWASTINI  Latar Belakang: Pekerja ojek merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang berisiko 
mengalami MATA MERAH. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dan perilaku dengan kejadian mata merah pada pekerja ojek di Kota Bandar Lampung. 
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan tingkat kemaknaan 5%. Responden terdiri dari 100 pekerja ojek dengan teknik accidental sampling. 
Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas karakteristik responden pekerja dengan umur <40 tahun (61,0%), masa kerja <5 tahun (52,0%), lama kerja >8 jam (59,0%), penggunaan APD tidak adekuat (60,0%), pengetahuan APD kurang (53,0%), sikap APD baik (51,0%), dengan kejadian mata merah visus normal (57,0%). Dari penelitian ini terdapat hubungan antara masa kerja (p = 0,004), lama kerja (p = 0,045), penggunaan APD (p = 0,003), pengetahuan APD (p = 0,003), sikap APD (p = 0,024) dengan kejadian mata merah visus normal. sedangkan umur (p = 0,599) tidak terdapat hubungan dengan kejadian mata merah visus normal. 
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara masa kerja, lama kerja, dan penggunaan APD tidak adekuat, pengetahuan serta sikap dengan kejadian mata merah visus normal pada pekerja ojek di Bandar Lampung.

FACTORS RELATED AND BEHAVIOR OF USING PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT (PPE) WITH THE EVENT OF RED EYE NORMAL VISION DUE TO WORK IN MOTORBIKE TAXI DRIVER 
WORKERS IN BANDAR LAMPUNG

Background: Motorbike taxi driver (ojek) workers are one of the jobs with the risk of experiencing RED EYE. This research aimed to determine the risk factors and behavior with the incidence of red eye in motorbike taxi driver workers in Bandar Lampung.  
Research Methods: Observational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach and a significance level of 5%. Respondents consisted of 100 motorbike taxi driver workers using the accidental sampling technique. 
Results: The results showed that the majority of the characteristics of the respondents were workers with age <40 years (61.0%), working period <5 years (52.0%), working duration >8 hours (59.0%), inadequate use of PPE (60.0%), lack of knowledge of PPE (53.0%), good attitude of PPE (51.0%), red eye with normal vision (57.0%). From this research, there was a relationship between the working period (p = 0.004), working duration (p = 0.045), use of PPE (p = 0.003), knowledge of PPE (p = 0.003), attitude of PPE (p = 0.024) and the incidence of normal visus red eye whereas age (p = 0.599) had no relationship with the incidence of the red eye with normal visus. 
Conclusion: There is a relationship between years of service, length of work, inadequate use of PPE, knowledge, and attitudes with the incidence of red eyes with normal visus in motorbike taxi driver workers in Bandar Lampung.
