Pariwisata memiliki aspek penting untuk mendukung kemajuannya, Sapta Pesona.
Sapta Pesona mulai biasa dijadikan sebagai syarat yang harus diwujudkan di
setiap destinasi wisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui objek
dan daya tarik ekowisata, serta mengetahui implementasi Sapta Pesona di Kebun
Raya Liwa. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Kebun Raya Liwa (KRL), Kabupaten
Lampung Barat. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang yang berkunjung
ke KRL. Tahapan dan metode dalam penelitian ini adalah skor karakteristik
responden dan tingkat Sapta Pesona menggunakan Skala Likert dengan instrumen
angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unsur kesejukan dan keindahan
memiliki skor tertinggi dengan nilai 4,62 dan 4,59. Karena view langsung ke
TNBBS dan penataan landscape area, didukung dengan kondisi cuaca yang dingin
dan berkabut. Unsur sapta pesona lainnya juga sudah tercapai dengan baik.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah KRL telah berhasil menciptakan kawasan
wisata dengan daya tarik tinggi dan menerapkan Sapta Pesona dengan baik,
namun masih ada yang perlu ditingkatkan seperti penyediaan souvenir,
keberadaan pemandu wisata, dan penanaman nama latin sebagai sebuah tujuan
pendidikan.

Tourism have an important aspect to support its progress, Sapta Pesona. Sapta
Pesona start to commonly used as a condition that must be realized in every
tourist destination. The purpose of this study was to find out the objects and
attractions of ecotourism, and know the implementation of Sapta Pesona in Liwa
Botanical Gardens. This research was located at Liwa Botanical Gardens (KRL),
West Lampung Regency. Respondents of this study amounted to 100 people who
visited KRL. Stages and methods in this research are the respondent's
characteristic score and Sapta Pesona level using the Likert Scale with a
questionnaire instrument. Results showed that the elements of coolness and
beauty had the highest scores with a value of 4.62 and 4.59. Due to the direct
view to TNBBS and arrangement of the area landscape, supported by cold and
foggy weather conditions. Other elements of sapta Pesona have also been
achieved well. Conclusion of this study is that KRL has succeeded in creating a
tourist area with high attractiveness and applies Sapta Pesona well, but there are
still somethings that need to be improved like the provision of souvenirs, existence
of a tour guide, and planting Latin names as an educational purpose.
