Penelitian ini berfokus pada komponen Pendidikan inklusif. Penulis menggunakan Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan pada tahap (1) Perencanaan kurikulum inklusif di SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung dilaksanakan sebelum ajaran baru dimulai, dimana seluruh peserta didik menggunakan kurikulum yang sama baik regular maupun abk; (2) Pengorganisasian kurikulum sekolah dilakukan oleh koordinator tim pengembangan kurikulum yaitu wakil kepala bidang kurikulum dan kepala sekolah sebagai penanggung jawab terlaksananya kurikulum sekolah berdasarkan standar acuan kurikulum nasional; dan (3) Pelaksanaan kurikulum sekolah dilakukan oleh seluruh masyarakat SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung, yang mana tenaga pendidik dan peserta didik merupakan kunci terlaksananya kurikulum sekolah. Kurikulum sekolah berjalan pada saat kegiatan belajar mengajar disekolah berlangsung; (4) Pengawasan kurikulum sekolah dalam pelaksanaannya di SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung dengan adanya monitoring yang dilakukan secara berkala oleh kepala sekolah dan dibantu oleh wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dalam melakukan supervisi kepada guru mengenai RPL. Kata kunci : Manajemen, Kurikulum, Inklusif ABSTRACT INCLUSIVE CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT AT SMAN 14 BANDAR LAMPUNG By Ria Arianti This study aims to analyze and describe the Inclusive Curriculum Management at SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung which starts at the planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising stages. This research focuses on the component of inclusive education. The author uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document studies. The results of the research conducted in stage (1) Planning for an inclusive curriculum at SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung is carried out before the new school begins, where all students use the same curriculum, both regular and ABK; (2) The organization of the school curriculum is carried out by the coordinator of the curriculum development team, namely the deputy head of curriculum and the school principal as the person in charge of implementing the school curriculum based on the national curriculum reference standard; and (3) the implementation of the school curriculum is carried out by the entire community of SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung, in which teaching staff and students are the key to implementing the school curriculum. The school curriculum runs when teaching and learning activities at school take place; (4) Supervision of the school curriculum in its implementation at SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung with periodic monitoring by the school principal and assisted by the deputy principal in the field of curriculum in supervising teachers regarding RPL.
