GREAT GIANT PINEAPPLE By Ani Afikasari This study aims to study job satisfaction, foreman's motivation, foreman's career path, and foreman's performance and to study the relationship of job satisfaction, motivation and career path to the performance of the banana plantation foreman Plantation Group 1 PT Great Giant Pineapple. The research location was chosen purposively at the Banana Plantation Group 1 PT Great Giant Pineapple, Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung Regency. This study uses the census method with a total of 70 foreman as respondents. Data collection was carried out from June to July 2020. Before collecting the questionnaire data, validity and reliability tests were carried out first. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis with statistical test using Spearman Rank. The results showed that job satisfaction, motivation, career path and performance of the Plantation Group 1 banana foreman of PT Great Giant Pineapple were in the high category, and job satisfaction, motivation and career path had a relationship with the performance of the Plantation Group 1 banana foreman of PT Great Giant Pineapple. in the weak category. Keywords: job satisfaction, motivation, career path Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari kepuasan kerja, motivasi mandor, jenjang karir mandor, dan kinerja mandor dan mempelajari hubungan kepuasan kerja, motivasi dan jenjang karir dengan kinerja mandor kebun pisang Plantation Grup 1 PT Great Giant Pineapple. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) di Kebun Pisang Plantation Group 1 PT Great Giant Pineapple Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dengan jumlah 70 mandor sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Juni sampai Juli 2020. Sebelum dilakukan pengumpulan data kuisioner dilakukan uji validitas dan realibilitas terlebih dahulu. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan uji statistik Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, motivas, jenjang karir dan kinerja mandor kebun pisang Plantation Grup 1 PT Great Giant Pineapple masuk kedalam kategori tinggi, dan kepuasan kerja, motivasi dan jenjang karir memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja mandor kebun pisang Plantation Grup 1 PT Great Giant Pineapple dalam kategori lemah.
