Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 9--14 September 2021. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei kuantitatif. Pendekatan survei kuantitatif yang dibatasi pada penelitian yang datanya berasal dari sampel populasi untuk mewakili seluruh populasi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berada di Kecamatan Rumbia, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah yang memiliki ternak sapi Bali 2 ekor atau lebih. Pengambilan data sampel populasi berasal dari 3 desa yang ada di Kecamatan Rumbia, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dan dari setiap desa diambil 5 peternak sebagai responden yang dianggap dapat mewakili seluruh populasi di desa tersebut. Populasi yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peternak sapi Bali di Kecamatan Rumbia, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Pakan yang digunakan antara lain yaitu daun singkong beserta batang, tebon jagung, dan rumput gajah. Bobot tubuh rata-rata sapi Bali di Kecamatan Rumbia adalah 230,91 kg, konsumsi bahan kering 7,22 kg/ekor/hari, dan konsumsi protein kasar 1,31 kg/ekor/hari. Konsumsi bahan kering dan protein kasar sapi Bali di Kecamatan Rumbia sudah terpenuhi. Kata kunci: Sapi bali, Status Gizi, Bahan Kering, dan rotein Kasar. This study aims to determine the nutritional status of Bali cattle based on Rumbia District, Central Lampung Regency based on body weight, dry matter consumption, and crude protein consumption. This study was conducted on 9--14 September 2021. This research uses a quantitative survey approach. A quantitative survey approach that is limited to research in which data comes from a sample of the population to represent the entire population. The target of this research is the people in Rumbia Subdistrict, Central Lampung Regency who have 2 or more Bali cattle. Population sample data were collected from 3 villages in Rumbia Subdistrict, Central Lampung Regency and from each village 5 farmers were taken as respondents who were considered to represent the entire population in the village. The population referred to in this study were all Balinese cattle breeders in Rumbia District, Central Lampung Regency. The feed used included cassava leaves and stems, corn stalks, and elephant grass. The average body weight of bali cattle in Rumbia District is 230.91 kg, dry matter consumption is 7.22 kg/head/day, and crude protein consumption is 1.31 kg/head/day. The consumption of dry matter and crude protein for Bali cattle in Rumbia District has been fulfilled. Key word: Bali cattle, Nutritional Status, Dry Matter, and Crude Protein.
