Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja
terhadap karyawan di masa pendemi covid-19 terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data perimer berupa hasil
penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 102 karyawan dari enam
tempat pusat perbelanjaan/mall di kota Bandar Lampung. Analisis statistik yang
digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan
pengaruh dari kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar
39,1%. Variabel kompensasi (X1) sebesar 0,438 berpengaruh positif terhadap
kinerja karyawan dan variabel motivasi (X2) sebesar 0, 198 menunjukan pengaruh
positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara
simultan kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to examine the effect of influence and work motivation on
employees during the Covid-19 pandemic on employee performance. The data
used in this study is the primary data in the form of the results of distributing
questionnaires. The sample in the study were 102 employees from six world
centers/malls in the city of Bandar Lampung. The statistical analysis used is
multiple linear regression. Based on research conducted, the effect of work
pressure and motivation on employee performance is 39.1%. Pressure variable
(X1) of 0.438 has a positive effect on employee performance and motivational
variable (X2) of 0.198 indicates a positive effect on employee performance. The
results of the study prove that simultaneously stimulation and work motivation
affect employee performance.
