KECAMATAN METRO BARAT 
 
%X Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya efikasi diri peserta didik dan
kecerdasan interpersonal yang kurang baik serta hasil belajar tematik peserta didik
yang masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan
yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan hasil
belajar tematik peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri Se-Gugus Dokter Wahidin
Sudiro Husodo Kecamatan Metro Barat. Populasi berjumlah 96 orang peserta
didik dengan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability
sampling atau sampling jenuh yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel apabila semua
populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Jenis penelitian ex post facto korelasi. Teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket dan studi
dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket dengan skala likert
yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas sedangkan analisis data menggunakan
korelasi product moment dan multiple correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dan
kecerdasan interpersonal dengan hasil belajar tematik ditunjukkan dengan
koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,803 berada pada taraf ?sangat kuat".

 The problem in this study was the lack of self-efficacy of students and poor
interpersonal intelligence and low thematic learning outcomes of students. The
purpose of this study was to determine a significant self-efficacy and
interpersonal intelligence with thematic learning outcomes of grade four students
at SD Negeri Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Metro Barat District. The population is 96
students with the technique of determining the sample using non-probability
sampling or saturated sampling, namely the sampling technique when the entire
population is used as a sample. This type of research is ex post facto correlation.
Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and
documentation studies. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with a
likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability while data analysis
uses product moment correlation and multiple correlation. The results showed
that there was a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and
interpersonal intelligence with thematic learning outcomes indicated by a
correlation coefficient of 0.803 at the "very strong" level.
