Meriil). This research used factorial design in completed randomized design with 2 treatment factors for 3 soybean varieties and 3 level of evapotranspiration which were repeated 3 times. The first factor contained of variety V1: Wilis, V2: Kaba; and V3: Tanggamus. The second factor contained of 3 levels of evapotranspiration deficits; E1: 1.0 x ETc (Deficit 0 x ETc), E2: 0.8 x ETc (Deficit 0.2 x ETc), E3: 0.6 x ETc (Deficit 0.4 x ETc). Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (F test) with 5% and 1% significance levels to find out the influences of treatments. The results showed that evapotranspiration deficits did not influence plant height, numbers of leafs, numbers of flowers, and stover weight, but the evapotranspiration deficits influenced numbers of soybean pods and productions. The highest soybean production was in Tanggamus variety (V3) with treatment of 0.6 ETc (E3) which produced 363.33 gr. The lowest soybean production was Wilis variety (V1) with deficit treatment of 0.8 ETc (E2) which produced 146.3 gr. Keywords : Evapotranspiration deficit, Irrigation, Soybean varieties Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh defisit evapotranspirasi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil pada beberapa varietas kedelai (Glycine Max (L.) merill ). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Faktorial dalam Rancang Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu 3 Varietas Kedelai dan 3 taraf defisit evapotaranspirasi dan diulang 3 kali. Faktor pertama : varietas V1: Wilis, V2: Kaba, V3 : Tanggamus, Faktor kedua : 3 taraf Defisit Evapotranspirasi E1: 1,0 x ETc (Defisit 0 x ETc), E2: 0,8 x ETc (Defisit 0,2 x ETc), E3: 0,6 x ETc (Defisit 0,4 x ETc). Analisis data menggunakan analisis ragam (Uji F) pada taraf 5 % dan 1% untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa defisit evapotranspirasi tidak mempengaruhi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah bunga dan berat brangkasan tetapi berpengaruh pada jumlah polong dan produksi. Produksi kedelai tertinggi yaitu varietas Tanggamus (V3) pada perlakuan 0,6 ETc (E3) seberat 363,33 gr. Produksi kedelai terendah yaitu varietas Wilis (V1) pada perlakuan defisit 0,8 ETc (E2) yaitu 146,3 gr.
