description:   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi PKH di Desa  Rengasjajar Kabupaten Bogor. Dalam penelitian ini akan diketahui (1) komunikasi  yang digunakan; (2) faktor sumber daya yang ada; (3) faktor disposisi; dan (4) faktor  struktur birokrasi yang terdapat dalam implementasi PKH di Desa Rengasjajar  Kabupaten Bogor. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan  metode deskriptif dan menggunakan teknik purposif untuk penentuan informan.  Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara, observasi dan  dokumentasi.  Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa komunikasi yang  digunakan dalam implementasi PKH di Desa Rengasjajar menggunakan 3 metode  komunikasi, yaitu informatif, persuasif, dan koersif; serta faktor sumber daya yang  masih kurang, meliputi staf dan fasilitas yang tersedia dalam proses pendampingan;  serta faktor disposisi yang cukup baik, motivasi pribadi untuk melatih jiwa sosial dan  inisiatif membuat databook sebagai usaha mengenali setiap KPM PKH dilakukan oleh  Pendamping PKH dalam proses pendampingannya di Desa Rengasjajar; serta faktor  struktur birokrasi yang masih belum efektif, karena ditemukan ketidaksinkronan  informasi dari Pendamping PKH, Aparatur Desa, dan KPM PKH mengenai prosedur  terkait pendataan calon penerima PKH di Desa Rengasjajar.  Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH)      This study aims to find out how the implementation of PKH in Rengasjajar Village,  Bogor Regency. In this study, it will be known (1) the communication used; (2) factors  of existing resources; (3) disposition factors; and (4) bureaucratic structure factors  contained in the implementation of PKH in Rengasjajar Village, Bogor Regency. In  this study, it uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method and uses purposive  techniques for the determination of informants. The data collection techniques used are  in the form of interviews, observations and documentation.  From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the communication used  in the implementation of PKH in Rengasjajar Village uses 3 communication methods,  namely informative, persuasive, and coercive; and resource factors that are still  lacking, including staff and facilities available in the mentoring process; as well as a  fairly good disposition factor, personal motivation to train social spirit and the initiative  to make a databook as an effort to recognize each PKH KPM carried out by PKH  Assistants in the mentoring process in Rengasjajar Village; as well as bureaucratic  structure factors that are still ineffective, because there is a misalignment of  information from PKH Assistants, Village Apparatus, and PKH KPM regarding  procedures related to data collection of prospective PKH recipients in Rengasjajar  Village.
