Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ukuran dewan direksi, komisaris
independen, kepemilikan manajerial, dan kepemilikan institusional dengan
variabel kontrol ukuran perusahaan, leverage, dan umur perusahaan terhadap
kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia. Sampel penelitian mencakup 64 perusahaan pada sektor manufaktur
periode 2018-2020. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data
kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi panel
menggunakan model random effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel
komisaris independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja
perusahaan, sedangkan variabel ukuran dewan direksi, kepemiikan manajerial,
dan kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada
sector manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2020.

This study aims to examine the effect of the board of size, independent
commissioners, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership with the
control variables of company size, leverage, and company age on company
performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The research sample included 64 companies in the manufacturing sector for the
2018-2020. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The method
used in this research is panel regression using the random effect model. The
results showed that the independent commissioner variable have a positive and
significant effect on company performance, while the variable board of size,
managerial ownership, and institutional ownership have no effect on company
performance in the manufacturing sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the
2018-2020.
