Seiring perkembangan zaman dan bertambahnya populasi yang berdampak pada volume kepadatan mobilitas kendaraan semakin bertambah. Akibatnya, kerusakan jalan sering dijumpai karena terjadinya regangan akibat pembebanan dinamis lalu lintas. Analisis Elemen Hingga (Finite Elemen Analysis) merupakan pendekatan numerik yang mendekati keakuratan struktural. Tujuan Penelitian untuk menganalisis regangan serta membandingkan dengan hasil eksperimental, menganalisis ketahanan deformasi, menentukan pembebanan untuk muatan sumbu terberat (MST) serta menghitung jumlah kendaraan maksimum yang diperoleh dari faktor nilai fatigue cracking (retak lelah). Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis numerik menggunakan Abaqus 6.14. Hasil penelitian menunjukan analisis perkerasan semi lentur hampir menyerupai eksperimental dengan persentase selisih <10%. Untuk ketahanan deformasi, perkerasan semi lentur memiliki waktu yang lebih baik daripada perkerasan lentur. Perkerasan semi lentur dengan beban 0,7 MPa memiliki ketahanan terhadap beban lalu lintas yang lebih baik, dengan nilai fatigue cracking sebesar 110.521 ESAL. Kata Kunci: semi lentur, regangan, deformasi, fatigue cracking. Semi Flexible Pavement is a pavement that combines both types of flexible pavement and rigid pavement. Along with the times and increasing population which has an impact on the volume of density of vehicle mobility is increasing. As a result, road damage is often encountered due to strain due to dynamic traffic loading. Finite Element Analysis is a numerical approach that approaches structural accuracy. The research objectives were to analyze strain and compare with experimental results, analyze deformation resistance, determine the loading for the heaviest axle load (MST) and calculate the maximum number of vehicles obtained from the fatigue cracking factor. The research method was carried out by numerical analysis using Abaqus 6.14. The results showed that the semiflexible pavement analysis almost resembled the experimental one with a percentage difference of <10%. For deformation resistance, semi-flexible pavement has a better time than flexible pavement. Semi-flexible pavement with a load of 0.7 MPa has better resistance to traffic loads, with a fatigue cracking value of 110,521 ESAL.
