This study used a survey method by interviewing 35 samples of lunch respondents and 35 samples of dinner respondents on 16 attributes. The sample selection was chosen by probability sampling. Data analysis used the Mann- Whitney test and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the Mann-Whitney test showed that there was no difference between lunch buyers and dinner buyers in assessing the importance and performance attributes. Meanwhile, the IPA results showed that there were 5 attributes that differ in importance and performance between lunch buyers and dinner buyers. Furthermore, the combined results of IPA for lunch buyers and IPA for dinner buyers concluded that there was one attribute that needs to be improved and there were eight attributes that need to be maintained.
