        abstract = {Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) sedang melaksanakan tahapan Verifikasi Partai Politik. Partai Gelora merupakan partai yang baru bergabung sebagai partai baru yang lolos Pemilu 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana pelaksanaan Tahapan Verifikasi Partai Gelora dalam mempersiapkan pada Pemilu 2024. Partai gelora sebagai partai politik baru menjadi sorotan, hal berkaitan dengan isu Partai Gelora yang melakukan dugaan kecurangan dalam proses verifikasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau persiapan dan evaluasi  proses verifikasi partai gelora dalam pemilu 2024 di Kota Bandar Lampung. Menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan teknik deskriptif, dan pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada KPU, Bawaslu dan Partai Gelora, observasi dan dokumentasi. Secara khusus penelitian ini mengacu pada Peraturan KPU No. 3 Tahun 2022, Peraturan KPU Nomor 4 Tahun 2022, dan Undang-Undang Pemilu Nomor 7 Tahun 2017. Maka penelitian ini berusaha untuk meninjau evaluasi verifikasi Partai Gelora pada persiapan Pemilu 2024 dengan menggunakan Teori Evaluasi CIPP menurut Stufflebeam (2016) dengan dari aspek context, input, process, dan product. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya evaluasi untuk menentukan apakah tahapan verifikasi ini berhasil atau tidak berhasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi verifikasi Partai Gelora sudah berhasil. Walaupun memiliki beberapa hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa proses verifikasi Partai Gelora sesuai dengan aspek context, input, process, dan product, ketentuan hukum positif atau regulasi yang digunakan dan pengawas dan pihak penyelenggara pemilihan umum telah melakukan tugas sesuai dengan norma dan kode etik yang diterapkan.

The General Election Commission (KPU) is carrying out the Political Party Verification stage. The Gelora Party is a party that has just joined as a new party that passed the 2024 Election. This study aims to find out and describe how the Gelora Party Verification Stages are implemented in preparing for the 2024 Election. Gelora Party as a new political party is in the spotlight, matters related to the issue of the Gelora Party which is make allegations of fraud in the verification process. Thus, this study aims to review the preparation and evaluation of the party's verification process in the 2024 election in Bandar Lampung City. Using a Qualitative Method with descriptive techniques, and data collection was carried out by interviewing the KPU, Bawaslu and Gelora Party, observation and documentation. In particular, this research refers to KPU Regulation No. 3 of 2022, KPU Regulation Number 4 of 2022, and Election Law Number 7 of 2017. So this study attempts to review the evaluation of Gelora Party verification in preparation for the 2024 Election using the CIPP Evaluation Theory according to Stufflebeam (2016) from the context aspect, inputs, processes, and products. Therefore, an evaluation is needed to determine whether the verification stage is successful or not. The results of the study show that the verification evaluation of the Gelora Party has been successful. Although it has several obstacles in its implementation. This shows that the verification process of the Gelora Party is in accordance with the aspects of context, input, process, and product, positive legal provisions or regulations used and supervisors and general election organizers have carried out their duties in accordance with the applied norms and code of ethics.
